The Victim Impact Panel (VIP) is a program directed toward people who have been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and ordered by the court to attend.
The programs are generally held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at the URC office, 501 N. Main Street in downtown South Bend.
Sign in is between 6:00 and 6:20pm, the program begins promptly at 6:30. A $25 cash fee is payable at the door.
