Introduction to Qi Gong…
Qi Gong literally translated means “breath/energy work”. It is thousands of years old. Our need to slow down and get in touch with our body, mind and spirit was as evident then as now. Qi Gong can be thought of as a “moving meditation.” It is designed to bring our body, mind and spirit into alignment and balance. Join us every Monday beginning in February at 12:30pm for this life-opening experience. Limited space available. Please call the URC office at 282 2397 for more information.
