Victim Impact Panel

The Victim Impact Panel (VIP) is a program that gives a voice to victims of vehicular tragedy that was the result of a decision to drive under the influence. 

Victims explain how that decision has impacted their lives. 

Victims seek to create an awareness of the very real consequences that may result from making the choice to operate a vehicle with impaired judgment, or allowing someone else to do so.
